As much as the Roman's loved public nude baths and erotic sculptures they also built those things - and almost everything - out of limestone. Presumably so they could whitewash off all the blood and fecal matter from their pagan rituals while they appeared holy.
Not much else positive to say about them as a whole, but they did invent concrete by carving out limestone bunkers like this. So enjoy I guess...sorry but all the public baths are permanently closed due to COVID.
